Book Clubs

Social Justice Book Club meets monthly and discusses books that focus on inequality and injustice including but not limited to race, gender, immigration, poverty, criminal justice issues in the U.S. and around the world.

Silent Book Club meets monthly and is a combination of a social and silent reading event.

Historical Fiction Book Club meets monthly and focuses on historical fiction titles.

Sci-Fi/Fantasy Book Club meets monthly and each month alternatives between sci-fi and fantasy titles.

Young Adult Book Club meets monthly and discusses a variety of young adult/teen titles. All ages welcome.

Page Turner Book Club meets monthly and discusses thrillers.

Horror Book Club meets monthly and discusses horror titles.

Fiction Addiction Book Club meets monthly and discusses works of fiction.

True Crime Book Club meets monthly and discusses true time titles.

Cookbook Club which meets quarterly and attendees bring recipes from the selected cookbook. Space is limited and RSVP is required.

Due to the time and effort we put into organizing our book clubs if you choose to purchase the book elsewhere or check it out from the library we will now be asking members who do not purchase their books at our shop to pay a $5 fee. Thank you for understanding and supporting us.
